Sagittarius Cleaning (SC) is a Limited Liability Company (LLC) based in Annapolis, Maryland, USA. SC has been providing Professional Cleaning Services to residents of the state of Maryland since 2002. With an initial crew of four people, SC has been committed to clean the homes and offices of its growing clientele while maintaining a trustworthy relationship. An important element of SC’s professional cleaning services has been to pay attention to details during the cleaning of a home or office space.
Genaro Luengas Gonzalez and his wife Rosa Ayala, the founders of Sagittarius Cleaning, opened this small business to meet the cleaning needs and expectations of their clientele by providing Professional Cleaning Services that make a difference on the home or the office space. Their staff use a selection of quality cleaning products that address the customer preference, e.g. natural-based cleaning products and/or controlled cleaning agents to prevent allergies. The wish to make some progress on their own and the desire to do more than just working for someone else, motivated Genaro and Rosa to start their new business: Sagittarius Cleaning Services. The name Sagittarius came to mind when Genaro first registered the business in the state of Maryland on the month of December 2002. At that time, Rosa and Genaro teamed up to perform several house services such as cleaning, preparing flower arrangements, and painting walls. But, Rosa’s prior work in the hotel industry served as an inspiration for Genaro to simply focus the business on providing cleaning services to customers in the Annapolis area. Today, Genaro, Rosa, and their team strive to provide a higher quality of professional cleaning services by making sure customers are satisfied from day one. If someone is added to the team, the owners make sure to get a background check to assure the safety of their clients. SC is a family owned business and the staff is trustworthy. But, even when most customers are satisfied, Genaro and Rosa recognize that if something is not done right, they take the time to talk with their customers and correct the situation immediately.
